Judge Eschol Wayne Graham Home.
301 W Graham Street Home, McRae, Ga.

Picture taken around 2003.

This home was the Judge Graham Home, that was built in 1907.  The home was sold on the market back in 2003 for $197,000.  I have just purchased this home in late November, 2012 for much less, but the house is in need of many heavy repairs to bring it back up to a normal look.

 This picture was found in a restaurant in McRae, Ga. It must date back to at least 1931.

We will be posting updates weekly to show how this house looks during  the reconstruction project.

Front View of Home before Vines were removed.

Vine Removal and Re-painting to cover where the vines have taken hold on the existing paint.
Roof repairs to the 2nd floor of the house is one of some of the items that will be handled.

The house has extensive need for removal of Ivy that has overgrown the whole house, since 2003.
Side View of Front Porch.  Removal of all Vines and then Repainting is required.

Just a sample view of the side of the house.  Removal of all Vines will require quite some time.
Follow me as we tackle this project over the next year.

During the remodeling project, we have been advised of;
·         Electrical issues, (The house was rewired in 1971)
·         Plumbing issues, (The house has been partially re-plumbed, in 1971)
o   Galvanized Iron Pipe is leaking between house and City Water Services.
·         Pool Repairs, for the large Kidney Shaped Pool.
